The NextGen Mentoring Program is designed to be an nine-month commitment for mentor and mentee. The program will begin with the March 15th Kick- Off event for all matches and will culminate with a recognition ceremony at the November Business After Hours.

The program fee of $300, which includes all expenses, is to be paid upon acceptance into the program.
During the nine-month period, mentors and mentees will:
  • Attend the March 15th Kick-off event
  • Attend the Midpoint Check-In meeting

  • Attend the November 10th Mentee Graduation
  • Meet at least three times outside of the scheduled NextGen Mentoring events (may be virtual)
  • Attend additional Chamber business and networking events together as schedules permit
