This leadership development program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of individuals that work or volunteer for nonprofit organizations in Kansas. This 4-month program provides unique learning opportunities for building leadership skills and addressing challenges within nonprofit organizations.

Program Components include:

Partnerships & Collaboration
Strategic Planning & Visioning
Peer Coaching
Board Governance
Program is limited to 30 participants.
