Survey : Questions

Each year we present awards in the following categories:
Healthcare Provider of the Year
Volunteer Spirit
Employee of the Year
Truman Award Hall of Fame (chosen by the Banquet Committee),
Educator of the Year (chosen by school officials) and
Business of the Year.

For these awards we accept nominations from our membership and the community at large in order to honor employees, volunteers, and business and civic leaders; deserving of special recognition. All chamber members in Barton County and their employees are eligible to receive these awards, but anyone in the community is welcome to make nominations. Please include detailed information to be considered for review and voting. This will help those who are voting to know exactly why your nominees deserve this honor.

A committee will review the applications, consider the criteria submitted and those who are eligible for awards will be shown to the membership for consideration.

Winners will be determined by a secret ballot vote of the Chamber Membership. Winners will be announced during our April's Prize Patrol Winners Month.
