The City of Benkelman Planning Commission and Benkelman Community Redevelopment Authority (BCRA) are currently conducting a Comprehensive Planning Program, to determine both the present and future needs of the Community for the next 10 years. The Program is funded by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority-Housing Study Grant Program, with matching funds from the City and BCRA. An important activity of this Planning Program is to ask you about the needs and wants of the Community.  Please take a few minutes to complete the following Citizen Survey.
