The City of Benkelman Planning Commission and Benkelman Community Redevelopment Authority (BCRA) are preparing a Community Comprehensive Plan and Housing Study to determine both present and future workforce housing needs in Benkelman, during the next 10 years. The Study is funded by a Housing Grant from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, with matching funds from the City of Benkelman and BCRA.
