This application form is for nominating Maintenance Service Manager of the Year 2021. The form must be completed and the community must be entered in the Overall and Maintenance categories to be considered. The apartment community's maintenance shop, production schedule, preventative maintenance program, make-ready product, and service request productivity will be considered in evaluating the nominee. Only one winner with the highest score across the state.
