Dear Sister,
You have just taken a very positive step by deciding to seek peer/advocacy support.
Our House, Inc.'s Mission Statement is to  lead, empower and inspire change by eliminating domestic violence and sexual violence through intervention, prevention, prosecution, victim protection and sustainable restoration in rural communities; and, to enhance the lives of survivors of interpersonal violence by providing services that meet the psychological, spiritual and cultural needs of those we serve.

The Sisters of Faith support group was created on request of adult survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault faith leaders looking to work with secular agency advocates.  This group consist of mainly Christian women of all faiths who need to share their traumatic experiences in a confident setting.  This is not a therapy group but an educational peer/advocacy lead group.  Should at any time a participant discloses a topic that might need further personal discussion with a therapist, the advocate online will write a personal note to the survivor recommending an additional conversation after the group call has ended.
Welcome to Our House - we hope it will be an encouraging and empowering experience for you.
